These terms apply to use of the Insider Trades website, its public API, and its MCP server for AI assistants.
2. Information only
The service provides public information about insider transactions. The information shown is not a recommendation to buy or sell securities. Trading stocks involves risk. The service is not investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not execute securities transactions.
3. Data and availability
Data may be delayed, incomplete, changed by its original source, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that any information or data is correct, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Check material information against the relevant official source before acting on it. We do not guarantee that any data or feature will always be available or error-free.
4. Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and without interfering with its operation or other users. Do not use the service to place trades, obtain private account information, or submit credentials or other sensitive information.
5. Personal and private use only
All services, including the website, public API, MCP server, and their content and data, are intended solely for personal, private use. Commercial use is prohibited unless we have given you prior written approval.
6. Automated access, crawling, and scraping
Without our prior written permission, you may not use crawlers, scrapers, spiders, bots, scripts, agents, bulk-download tools, or any other automated means to access, index, query, copy, collect, or harvest content or data from the website, public API, or MCP server. The official MCP endpoint may be used only through a compatible client for an individual user’s interactive, read-only assistance; this does not permit autonomous, systematic, repeated, or bulk data collection. Do not bypass access controls or other technical protections.
